Lunch Meetings / Entertainment

Employees will not be reimbursed for meals or lodging within 50 miles of home
or Georgia Tech headquarters, expect under special circumstances:
- Distance Learning course instructors.
- Georgia Tech primary coordinator or conference.
Entertainment can be processed through the Georgia Tech Foundation, if funds are available.
If specially permitted by sponsored contract, PS project should be flagged as allowable
and can be processed on the Check Request Form (with itemized receipt, attendee list,
and business purpose).
Employees will not reimbursed for "picking up the tab" at restaurants for other Georgia Tech
employees or consultants.
