Travel Agency

• Employees should use a personal credit card or corporate Amex or
  Diners Club card to purchase tickets to take advantage of insurance
  benefits offered through credit card issuers.  Insurance benefits are
  not offered for directly billed tickets.     
  
• Direct Billing of airfare for employees:
• Call Travel Inc at 770-291-5190 (Toll free 877-548-2996).
• TA Form may be sent to agency via e-mail attachment (type
  Approver name) or fax copy of TA Form to Travel Inc at
  770-291-4150.
• All airfare charges will be directly expensed and can not be
  paid from an encumbrance
  
  
• Direct billing of airfare for Non-Employee students & official visitors
  • Call Travel Inc at 770-291-5190 for reservation and record locator.
  • Fax copy of Travel Authorization to AP at 404-894-8195.
  • If non-employee is a Nonresident Alien additional documentation will be
    required.  Please contact nra.ask@business.gatech.edu for information.
  • AP will approve Travel Authorization & fax to Travel Inc
  • Campus unit reserves airfare through Travel Inc and confirms that
    ticket has been booked.
