Operations, Support, & Analytics
The Operations, Support, & Analytics department provides support to multiple software platforms that are core to Procurement and Business Services operations - consisting of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Travel, Property Control, Insurance & Claims and PCard. These software platforms include 10 enterprise modules within PeopleSoft financials, SciQuest (BuzzMart) and Imaging. Supported interfaces include Banner, Deltek, and General Ledger.
Operations, Support, & Analytics is responsible for investigation, testing and development of financial systems, as well as, troubleshooting, maintenance and improvement. They also act as the liaison between functional operations and the Office of Information Technology.
