New Rush Payment Request Form – Effective May 1, 2017

The Rush Payment Request Policy 5.5.1.4 has recently been updated.  Beginning May 1, 2017, the Rush Payment Request form is to be completed, and submitted with all payments requests that are considered to be a rush. The completed Payment Request form is to be submitted, along with supporting documentation to ap.ask@business.gatech.edu. Links to the Rush Payment Form and the updated policy are below:
